Finally, the wait is over as the much awaited single by Ayo Maff “Malaria” ft Zinoleesky, is out.
Nigerian singer Ayo Maff whose real name is Ayorinde Ayodele Mafoluku rose to prominence few years ago with the release of singles as “Dealer” and “Jama Jama”. Since then, he delights us at least twice yearly with his good music.
Though a lover of Alternative, Dance and Street sound, it is there for everyone to see Mafoluku has performed some love songs that turned out well too. Ayo Maff ‘s delivery on Hello and”Tension” speaks volume about his depth in that space.
He has teamed up in the past with some amazing artistes like Fireboy, Shoday and with some brilliant beat makers as Nipkeys and Decs to create great joints but this time around, he collaborates with former Marlian Music talisman, Zino for this brand new song called “Malaria”.
He made a wise decision because Zinoleesky is a specialist in the domain of this kind of music- love. In fact, that is what brought him to the spotlight under his former label. What I mean is the introductory track that gave him fame, “Pariwo”. turned into a massive hit in the twinkle of an eye after release because of his unique wordplay on the tune. And Maff too is well known for good song writing when it comes to that. They were also assisted by popular back up singer, Nelly Baradi to make this infectious melody.
To be honest, Ayo Maff “Malaria” ft Zinoleesky is one sweet addictive love sound and the lyrics are dope for real.
Lyrical excerpt:
I’m in love
All I tell to my friends
