Nigerian singer Niniola Apata professionally known as Nini rose to fame for her breakthrough single, “Akara Oyibo” in 2015. And in 2017, she came through with her debut album, “This is Me” that houses “Oyin” that reveals her penchamt for doing great soulful music.
Apata’s vocal prowess has attracted so many big stars to her in the industry. In fact, when Mr P of PSquare went solo and found himself in struggle, he scanned through the female artistes in the industry that could keep him afloat and he wisely chose the Afro-House queen for “One More Night”. This particular joint was so massive because it buzzed everywhere: on our airwaves; at clubs and parties; and on our streets.
Though a lover of soulful music, Niniola has never hidden her liking for dance jams. She combines these two genres to create brand new hit, “O Dun Mi”- which is a tribute to her just lost husband.
