[NEW MUSIC]: Mr P – “I Cant Look Away”

The wait is over as the long awaited single by Mr P “I Cant Look Away”, is finally out.

Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye, professionally known as Mr P was a member of defunct band P Square which his twin brother, Paul Okoye better known as Rudeboy and himself formed in the early 2000s. This duo made many love songs then that continually buzzed on our airwaves. At some point in the early years of their career they came through with an album that houses hit tracks as “Story” and “Feelings”. This particular piece reshaped their music journey as the compilation made it to almost every household in Nigeria. Though love song specialists, they also had great liking for dance songs which is evident in sounds as “Do Me”, “Igbedu” and “Busy Body”. Their jams were so hot they stood head to head with that of then music stars as D’Banj and Don Jazzy. It is also remembered they produced thrilling dance videos that made those joints stuck in the heads of fans.

Things however fell apart between these brothers and they both went their separate ways and each started a solo career. We felt like none could do it on his own but we were wrong. Mr P wisely teamed up with female vocalist and Afro-House queen, Niniola for “One More Night” that topped charts for weeks. He followed up with more hit singles that made us realize he meant business.

While some of his joints are banging, Mr P dishes out this brand new joint, “I Cant Look Away”. It is no news Peter has bias for dance jams and he does them so effortlessly.

Mr P “I Cant Look Away” is one big Afro House fused dance banger and it will definitely force you off your seat to the dancefloor.
