Finally, the much awaited single by Ayo Maff “Tension”, is out.

Nigerian fast-rising singer, Ayo Maff, whose real name is Ayorinde Ayodele Mafoluku, has been saturating the Nigerian music space lately, with different sweet sounds- from Street music to Alternative tunes to Dance songs and to love songs. Don’t forget he rose to stardom few years ago with the release of “Dealer” featuring YBNL Nation’s Damola populraly known as Fireboy DML. Since then, he switches effortlessly from one music style to the other. While “Dealer” which is Street music was busy reigning everywhere, he switched to “Jama Jama”- a soulful Alternative hit. And at a time this and his earlier songs were buzzing on our airwaves, Ayo Maff delighted us with upbeat dance banger, “2 Dollar” that rocked and still rocks our nightclubs.

Let’s also remember Ayo Maff ‘s multi abilities once attracted him to former Stayboy Worldwide Entertainment’s talisman, L.A.X. They entered the studio together and came up with “Let Me Know”. LAX wasn’t disappointed as this turned into a big love jam that rose to the top of Nigerian music charts days after release- he delivered excellently.

Between the launch of his music career few years back and now, the all-round singer has made us realize he could come up with any kind of music and that we could be rest assured it would be acceptable in weeks. In the middle of this year he put forward his dope second music compilation that spreads over many music genres and which houses great tracks as “Hello”. This is not just a cool love song but also a dance melody that has refused to stop playing on the radio and that which continues to bang on our dance floors, streets and bars.

Ayo follows up the success of his critically acclaimed EP, “Prince Of The Street” with a brand new one titled “Tension”.

Ayo Maff “Tension” is a lovely fusion of the Alternative style and typical Nigerian pop music and it is also a love banger.
