Finally, the much awaited track by Peruzzi “Apala Drill” ft Davido, is out.
Nigerian artiste, Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, better known as Peruzzi became known about a decade ago following his record deal with Davido’s DMW. Since then, the all-round singer has been on fire. It all started with the label group songs as “Aje” but later he focused on himself and started doing his thing. It is worthy of note Peruzzi’s huge talent drew him to many great acts as 2Baba and Olamide in the course of his career. The former invited him on “Amaka” and all heavens were let loose. The latter, when recording one of his biggest albums so far, “Carpe Diem”, scanned through the music space for a singer that would complement his great rap artistry. He arrived at the choice of Peruzzi and “Unconditionally” turned out to be a hit love banger and an “analgesic”.
Lately, he hinted his new project, “Sabali” was on its way. Well, the music compilation has landed. Peruzzi teams up with Nigeria’s biggest music stars, Davido, Timaya, Zlatan, Bella Shmurda for the making of the dope album. Peruzzi “Apala Drill” is one of the hit tracks off the brand new album. He worked with some of Nigeria ‘s most gifted music producers, Irockclassic, Fresh Beatz and Vstix for “Apala Drill” ft Davido. Fresh has produced so many hit joints for DMW and at some point Davido had to appoint him as the sole in-house music producer on his label. He did his magic once again on this one.
Peruzzi “Apala Drill” ft Davido is a rich blend of Afrobeats, Fuji and Apala and it is definitely a banger.
