Eminent Music finally presents the official video for brand new jam, “Friday Night” by Nasboi.
Nasboi joined the Nigerian entertainment industry few years ago doing online content creation and comedy skits. At a point, his major occupation was mimicking Afrobeats superstar, Davido. But in 2024 he started doing music professionally with his release of “Fine Girl”. This was widely accepted across the Nigerian state. The infectious jam was so popular one half of iconic Nollywood duo, Aki and Pawpaw, Chinedu Ikedebua, had to join Fine Girl challenge.
That same year, Nasboi followed up the success of the said song with a surprise album titled “In Nasboi I Trust” (INIT) which hosts many of Nigeria ‘s finest and greatest acts as M.I, 2Baba and Chike to mention a few and which houses many hit songs. One of the tracks off the critically acclaimed music compilation, “Could This Be Love” is a love jam that topped charts and today, still buzzes on our airwaves wedding ceremonies. Nasboi seconded the success of his less than two-year discography with the release of fresh hit, “Friday Night”. Though fond of teaming up with “senior colleagues”, he did this alone once again and believe me, he did it beautifully.
