Nigerian Hip-Hop artiste Olamide Adedeji popularly known as Olamide Baddo unveils his Olamide album tracklist- a list of the tracks off his forthcoming album, “Olamide”.
The Nigerian rapper cum singer made this known via a post on his Instagram page earlier today. He posted few hours ago, photos of the highly anticipated album cover and tracklist and captioned:
“Big Thanks to every beautiful soul that made this possible!!! #OLAMIDE Out 19th of June Wabillahi Taofeek”
Olamide launched himself onto the Nigerian music space in 2011 with the release of “Eni Duro”. While this was slowly garnering attention, he teamed up with Wizkid for “Omo To Shan”. It is safe to say that was the beginning of the great rise of Adedeji. While those jams where still buzzing on our airwaves, parties and streets, Olamide put out his debut album, “Yahoo Boy No Laptop” that houses big tunes as “Jale” and “Panumo”.
Since then Olamide has remained relentless and dogged as he continually elates us, yearly with his dope singles and almost yearly with his enviable albums. Though his discography is quite rich and voluminous we can never forget in a hurry his 2020 “Carpe Diem” album and how tasty it is because it houses resounding bangers as “Unconditionally” ft Peruzzi, “Triumphant” ft Bella Shmurda, “Eru” and “Green Light”.
Asides his personal music career success Olamide has done well for himself as a music executive and stands tall like Colossus among his peers. No need to say much about that as it is glaring how he has transformed the careers of his signed artistes turning them into local champions and putting them on the global map. Just in case you never knew Pheelz, Adekunle Gold, Young Jonn, Fireboy DML and Asake to mention a few all went through his mentorship before they became stars. Olamide ‘s genius and helping hand nearly earned him a Grammy award last year with his nomination in the “Best African Music Performance” category for his big collaboration with Asake, “Amapiano”.
While still doing well as the leader of YBNL Nation, Olamide alerts us he is set to drop a fresh music compilation.
Though he has recorded some EPs, “Olamide” after release, would be the Nigerian music enigma’s 11th studio album from the inception of his music career in 2011 till date.
This time around Olamide teams up with the finest singers, iconic DJs and legendary producers across the world for “Olamide” album. Check out below the tracklist of “Olamide” album which is due for release on June 19th, 2025.
